Context: Agency work at Havas Helia CX
Overview: This project showcases a selection of campaign and brand-led work produced for Avanti West Coast while at Havas Helia CX. It spans multiple initiatives and touchpoints, illustrating how Avanti’s brand system was applied across digital, social, CRM, and experiential formats.
The Challenge: Rather than responding to a single brief, the challenge was maintaining clarity, consistency, and brand tone across a high volume of outputs. Assets needed to perform individually while contributing to a coherent, recognisable brand presence, often under tight deadlines and overlapping campaigns.
Approach: Working within Avanti’s established visual system, the focus was on adaptability and executional rigour. Campaign assets supported destination-led promotions, customer engagement messaging, and large-scale brand activations, ensuring the system could flex across formats and contexts without losing impact.
Process: I collaborated closely with creative leads, strategists, and account teams, contributing to concept development, visual exploration, and final delivery. Assets were iterated rapidly in response to feedback, performance insights, and tight agency timelines, requiring careful judgement around hierarchy, accessibility, and brand tone.
Outcome: The resulting work demonstrates the ability to apply and adapt a complex brand system at scale. Across campaigns and channels, it maintains visual consistency while delivering clear, effective communication in a fast-paced agency environment.
